The rental fee includes the use of both male and female restrooms, as well as a kitchenette. The KITCHENETTE is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water filter, kettle, and microwave, all available to the tenants.

The associated OPERATIONAL COST of the office is a fixed 40,000 HUF per month, which COVERS ALL COSTS RELATED TO USAGE: it includes utilities, Wi-Fi usage, cleaning costs, the supply and maintenance of restrooms and kitchen, common costs, and the alarm system fee with individual access control.

Tenants have the option to rent an 8-PERSON, TECHNICALLY WELL-EQUIPPED MEETING ROOM on an hourly basis, and they can also occasionally access printing, scanning, and photocopying services.

The rental fee and operational cost include the USE OF THE MEETING ROOM – with prior booking – for UP TO 10 HOURS PER MONTH!

The complex has no fixed opening hours, and the future TENANT WILL HAVE INDEPENDENT ACCESS WITH THEIR OWN ALARM CODE, allowing fully flexible office use and opening hours.

The office can be registered as a HEADQUARTERS or BRANCH for a business.

The rental period is indefinite, with a preferred minimum contract term of 1 year. For rental periods shorter than 1 year, the deposit will not be refunded.

The rental fee is 130,000 HUF/month, and the landlord invoices the rent VAT-free, so there is no VAT added to the rental fee. The operational and utility costs are a fixed 40,000 HUF per month. Beyond the rental fee and operational costs, there are no additional costs for the tenant.

The office can be occupied immediately upon the payment of two months' deposit, i.e., 2x190,000 HUF, along with the first month's rental and operational fees.
