Requesting a Title Deed

Requesting a title deed is an essential step. People can claim anything, but an official document does not lie. The verified details of a given property are easily accessible to everyone.

Who Needs a Title Deed?

Buyer

If you are planning to buy a property, requesting the title deed should be your first step! However, if you are browsing on Minősített Ingatlanok, this document is already available to you instantly.

The title deed reveals whether the seller is the actual owner of the apartment or house and whether there are any mortgages or usufructuary rights on the property.

Seller

As a seller, it is also crucial to check the details as soon as possible. Otherwise, the sale process may face obstacles or even fail altogether.

This is why on minositettingatlanok.hu, you cannot post a listing without a title deed.

What Exactly Does It Contain?

The land registry title deed consists of three main parts. The first part includes the basic details of the property, such as the exact address and plot number. The second part contains the property owner's details. The third part lists any encumbrances, rights, and restrictions registered on the property.
